Now u got no clue yet, which divisions have which units and how to combine them at campaign map to have balanced or advantageous assortment of units in battle. I personally would recomend you to first learn basic gameplay in skirmishes, based on your posts. AI only cheats by knowing all your units locations always, but only targeting very close ones or ones within direct line of sight. U can check for yourself before and after battle. well you must be a noob so here just look up some gamplay witch i have no idea why you didnt do this befor you bought the game i always do so when i start playing i hae the first clue whta im doing!!!!
